The recent drop in career opportunities for black Americans by gender and education appears  much higher compared to their white counterparts.

How effectively you communicate? These skills are essential in every field of life, and the Black Americans must have it to compete with White people. Communicating in the workplace is different from domestic level communication.

Critical thinking and Positive attitude
